  • 1/2 CUP COCONUT FLOUR

  • 1 EGG

  • 3/4 CUP BOILED SWEET POTATO

  • 1 TSP CINNAMON

  • 2 TBSP ALMOND MILK (MORE IF NEEDED)

  • DROP OF VANILLA

  • 2 TBSP MAPLE SYRUP

  • COCONUT OIL

  • ALMOND BUTTER

  • MAPLE SYRUP

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. MIX TOGETHER ALL INGREDIENTS APART FROM THE COCONUT OIL, COMBINE WELL UNTIL A BATTER FORMS

  2. HEAT COCONUT OIL IN A SKILLET OVER LOW-MEDIUM HEAT

    ( TRUST ME, IF YOU’RE INPATIENT LIKE ME AND PUT IN ON HIGH HEAT, THEY WONT COOK PROPERLY AND YOU WILL STRUGGLE TO FLIP THEM, COOKING ON LOW HEAT IS THE KEY TO THE PERFECT FLIPPING PANCAKE ) POUR 1/4 CUP OF BATTER OUT AND COOK UNTIL BUBBLES START TO FORM. FLIP AND COOK FOR ANOTHER MINUTE OF TWO,

  3. REPEAT THIS STEP FOR THE MIX.
